I started my session with the MGX and was getting the usual dry o's, feeling good, so I though lets try the progasm since it had been a while. Got back into the groove and after a while my entire lower half went tingly numb, almost like your hand going to sleep. of course this was a bit startling so i moved about and everything returned to normal.

any ideas?

I think you have back problem. Maybe it's marginal and your muscle compensated to support your weight. Or your meridian channels are blocked.

I don't think it's a big deal. You did the right thing by stop the numbness. I suggest you do some low back stretching.
