Last night my leg started shaking while I slept. I had used my Helix during the morning. Being new to all this, I wondered if any of you have had this experience hours later. Is this normal? The muscles that shook were on the outside of my right thigh.

Don't fret about that PhilS. It's a very common experience and a sure sign that you re-wiring process is under way. On the trail to multi-orgasm-on-demand you will very probably be subject to many novel and strange bodily reactions as your brain re-arranges its software.

I know that both the KSMO and the Aneros learning phases can give rise to some extraordinary physical sensations and also can affect the hearing, sight (both visual and virtual) and sense of smell in extreme cases (synthaesia I think it's called). The KSMO practice (not sure about the Aneros) can sometimes generate the scary "Terrors at the gates" which can be rather unnerving when they strike.

But all those odd phenomena eventually go away. Don't fight them - welcome them - they are sure signs of progress.

Good luck,

Mog 🙂

Hi PhilS,

Mog is absolutely correct! a lot of what is happening now is part of the "Rewire" process.

The mind and body are getting in sync with the new feelings.
Some of these shakes may stay around for a while, and get even more intense, it is OK.

Thanks for the reassurance. I saw that the Wiki site said leg shakes, with and without pleasure, are possible. I just did not expect them hours later.

It sounds like you are starting to rewire. Congrats. I agree that at first it was wierd to hours later from out of nowhere feel things building inside.
