I don't know if this is logical or not but it makes sense to me that the Eupho, MGX, and Helix may be better models for people who have enlarged prostates while maybe the Maximus and Progasm work better for people with healthier (smaller) prostates.  Has there been any kind of research on this for people using the Aneros for pleasure?

For men say 55 and under, which model is your favorite vs men who are over 55?

My favorite is the Helix Syn V, and I am now 73.  When I started using this, I had BPH (a prostate that was 94 grams, about 3X normal).  I had HoLEP surgery in May 2022 which reduced it to normal, and my wife beleives my orgasms are more intense in penetrative sex and masturbation since the surgery coupled with continued prostate massage.

I am 60. My favorites are Eupho and MGX trident.  I also used to enjoy Peridise but it has very sharp ends and I stopped using it.

I'm 74, my favourite is Helix Trident. I also have Progasm Jr, Helix original. I reach SuperO only with the Helix Trident, but I do switch things around. The journey is always pleasant, Super O or not. Recently, my nipples just got wired to my prostate and I'm having my Aless.
