Lack of communication from Aneros regarding warranty

Short story: Spent a couple weeks trying to get someone to answer me about RMA'ing a Vice 2, finally got an answer, sent it back, it's been delivered to wherever Aneros receives them, and I can't get ahold of anyone about getting my replacement. Are there like, only two people working there or something?
