l hear quite a bit about kegel exorcizes, however lm trying to work out the best way to work out what muscles l need to be using.

lm assuming rather than the sphincter the part in between the anus as the testicles is the area that needs to be worked on or flexed so to speak as lm finding it hard to locate with the whole "stopping pee" mid-flow way of finding it, lm wondering if l think about it from another perspective amusingly when hard the waggling reflex might (without touching or moving the body) be closer to what kegels are then l have a point to start from was my thought.

that being said from what lm reading the same muscle is used for the contractions? so far to my knowledge l think lve only been using sphincter contractions which leads me to wonder where the muscles l should be contracting are to give me a better idea at what l should be focusing on if that makes sense.

and as usual l work better with diagrams for some reason so if anyone could give me an idea of where l should be focusing it could lead to more interesting sessions (lve had one or two recently but nothing earth shattering yet).

Kegel exercises

The Kegel exercises are a series of voluntary contractions of all the perineal muscles. Such movement is done in an effort to strengthen all the striated muscles in the perineum's area. They are often referred to simply as "kegels", named after their founder, Dr. Arnold Kegel.[2] These exercises also serve to contract, among others, the ischiocavernosus, bulbocavernosus, and cremaster muscle in men, as voluntary contraction of the pubococcygeus muscle also engages the cremasteric reflex, which lifts the testicles up, although this does not occur in all men. Kegel exercises have been prescribed to ameliorate erectile dysfunction due to venous leakage and to help men control premature ejaculation[3] and to treat urinary incontinence in both sexes.[4][5]
For pictures look up the various muscles mentioned in Wiki.
Over simplified - try to find all the muscles except the sphincters. Usually forward of the anus.
I hope this helps

What works best for me is relaxing and holding a gentle contraction with the "up front" muscles of the pelvis, like you're concentrating on gently pulling in with your "bladder control" (i.e., bladder sphincter) muscle. If I do this and lightly tickle my nipples, great involuntary contractions result that get the orgasms started quickly.

@Auroken - Yes, the waggling reflex, as you call it is it.

@slimjm @ Love_is for me this illustrates just how different things are for different people. I get absolutely nothing at all from nipple stimulation. I have tried it a bunch and NOTHING happens for me. But I have been tring the PC contract and hold thing and it seems to be producing some results. I have yet to get true involuntary movement yet.

@xtimedt69 - Nipples, like the prostate can take time to be woken up and associated with sexual/erotic responses. For me it took about a month of constant nipple play during my Aneros sessions before they woke up and became quite pleasurable.

in all honesty l sometimes find it hard to define my arousal however
what l do know is sometimes nip stim does seem to put my second brain
into motion lol.. with or without the aneros but l guess up till now lve
not been focused enough on the muscle groups..

dont get me wrong
lve had some interesting experiences, however its taken time to alter
my perspectives its only recently lve thought about what muscles lm
using and that l didnt really know which group of muscles l was supposed
to be working on.. but l guess boredom got me thinking and googling and
then l came here for verification 😀

Hi @Auroken,

I am curious. What models of the Aneros do you use?

Also you may want to study closely the Aneros Learning Center, especially section 2, and what they have to say about the role of anal contractions/Kegels in Anerosing:

l currently have the MGX, Eupho, helix/syn, peridice, vice, progasm and the progasm jr along with a couple of other branded massagers.

recently lve been working more with the mgx as lve had a few more interesting sensations with it but l had played around a little with the progasm jr as well. not really had any major breakthroughs but lve had one or two interesting sessions which felt good but nowhere near as good as a hands on orgasm yet.. which means l have allot more work to do to get past that.
