I would first like to preface this with a word of caution. This method is something that works for me. This is not a guarantee that it will work for anyone else. We all are on our own separate journeys but based on my recent successes of prostate awakening and the evolution over the last several weeks...I just thought I would share. If this ends up helping one person...great! I do think my method can help others who have achieved Super-Os before...but again...our paths are our paths.
----

First a little info:
My first Super-O was October 25th 2018. It happened on Day 4 of the practice I currently am on. It was under the influence of weed but once I knew how to get there the method was easy to replicate.
My sessions are about 40% physical and 60% mental. My daily routine supports a lot of the physical in a fine tuning manner. It also helps with the mental seeing as I'm constantly in a calm state (I'm not normally a calm person IRL).
----
The Routine:

I follow the teachings of Mantak Chia. His book The MultiOrgasmic Man is something I have read twice in the last 6 weeks or so. I am reading a second book from him now called Taoist Secretes of Love Cultivating Male Sexual Energy. To that note...my first super-O was Aless based. And about 80% of the super-Os I have had have been via Aless.

Everyday I do the following

- 300+ Kegels with breathing. Typically this is done in the car on the way to work. This week I averaged 500 per day. The kegels are treated as a workout of the PC muscle. Strengthening this allows for better control and more subtle movements within your anus/rectum. I'm at a point where with a breath I can actually rub my prostate (I'm doing it right now in fact). To me this is most important because it's a breathing exercise coupled with a physical exercise of a muscle that gets very little work

- 3+ edges to right before PONR. To me this is optional. For Mantak Chia he calls this "Sharpening your knife". Basically this helps me control those moments where an Aneros/aless session gets so heated I wanted to have a TO. It also helps me distinguish between a regular orgasm that comes with ejaculation and one that doesn't.

- 6-9 Cool Draws. I really cant explain how this is done well. This too is a Mantak Chia teaching. Basically...all that sexual energy generated from the kegels and the edging...you take that from your genitals...move it up your spine to your brain...and then bring it down to your stomach. Yes...it sounds weird and mystical and impossible...but October 25th was the very first day I did it and if I go to many days without it I dont get the same responses from my prostate...so yeah I keep doing it. But to be honest its really just breathing in order to control blue balls. Because I edge and I also practice SR I learned within that first week that the Cool Draw is a must. I had one blue balls issue on the October 28th and I had to go in a public bathroom to have a TO because the sexual energy was just too much. Since then I haven't had that issue

- Kegel during peeing. Yup thats right. Each time I go to pee...I do at least 10 kegels stopping my pee stream. This is like doing a pull-up but with a weighted jacket on. This also gives me something to achieve throughout the day during such a rudimentary event for my body. It's also fun.

And...that's it. If you have any questions...just let me know.

Great read and thanks for the direction. I will try these ideas in my quest for the superO. I am somewhat similar to you using edging to get things going but I do this earlier in the day. Kegel's can be very fun -I not close to 500 a day but you given me goal. I have read Mantak once but now I am motivated to read it again. Thanks JGB

Thanks for suggesting this book, I downloaded it last night as soon as I came across this and later on, ordered my first Aneros product. Very excited to try it out when it arrives, hopefully tomorrow!

@Lth0ms0n Directly from the Wiki: "Aless (a.k.a. 'Anerosless', 'A-less' or simply '-less') is any session where you have any type of prostate orgasm(s) without an Aneros massager inserted. (also see earlier identified phenomenon known as chairgasm)".

How do you count down those 300+ kegels?

Great post Darkbond !!! It is amazing that 14 years into this journey I still glean information from this forum every time I open it; your post is another contribution to my mental hard drive. I would say that 75% of what I do came from the forums here. The other 25% was from personal experimentation. When I started here in 2005 we had no chat room. We only had the forums. From day one I listened to the spate of wisdom that was routinely doled out in them. Now all these years later I find myself reflecting this wisdom back. It is kind of Mental Recycling. That being said let me piggyback some things on top of Darkbond's post. Most of this I learned here.
1. Learn Zen practice ... stilling the mind and establishing mind - body linkage is important to awakening your prostate and stimulating orgasmic response from your prostate
2. Get into Tantra .... romancing someone else if they are going on the journey with you is powerful; equally powerful is learning to romance yourself. 3. Once you master Aless ... use it daily as "kegels with benefits"
4. Do Alesses before every aneros session .... it guarantees super o's.
5. I ignored the don't touch your penis in a session advice; I apply pressure to my sulcus (cock cleft) to stimulate MMO's. I actually have desensitized myself enough to use slow sulcual massage to enhance MMO's. 6. Use nipple stimulation in synchrony with breathing. 7. Breathe .. breathe ... breathe ... it is important. If you feel a wave fading CONTINUE BREATHING AND ANTICPATING ORGASM through the loss of pleasure. The pleasure wave will return if you continue breathing. 8. Male sex hormones surge in the early hours of the morning (3-5 am); I think we are programmed that way so that our ancestors would impregnate their cave mates before the mastodon hunt in case they got stomped by a brontosaurus. Continuation of the species and all that LOL. 9. Erotic mental imagery before, and during a session stimulates prostate response
10 Once you discover which devices work best for you add those type of devices to your collection. My Tempo is by far the BEST device I have; the size, heft and steel are why. I have added a few NJoys and a vaginal barbell to my collection as a result. If anyone from HIH is reading this a stainless steel Eupho would be a homerun for me.
11 Like sexual relations with your partner, pleasuree does not turn on like a switch. You need to use foreplay. So when planning for a session try to maintain an erotic state all day leading up to the session. This is where Zen and Tabtra come in, along with rewiring.
12. For me rewiring established a hard wirewd link between my nipples, penile sulcus., cock root, anal opening, prostate, perineum and MY Mind. Engage all of them in the process after insertion, don't just focus on your asshole.

These are a few hints to add to Darkbond's sage advice.

Thanks to all the forum members going way back and thanks Darkbond !!!! You are right on !!!!

Keep in mind that the best practices are the ones that turn you on. I wish I had a super orgasm so I could tout that my practices were a success. Until then that's all the advice I'm allowed to give.

Ok I have to say this. Gnawdol. I have been frustrated for years reading advice that says do this and you're guaranteed success or do this list of practices. It's simply not true. You're creating expectations which is the number one thing that holds people back. Expectations distract you from listening to the inner voice and feeling the inner cogwheels turning.

When you give advice it is best to speak for yourself like darkbond in the first post.

Most of my success is the opposite, 75% experimentation. I keep coming back to the "do nothing, do what feels good, listen listen listen to the inner voice." My inner teacher leads me by the hand and loves me like her child. If I need energy to move I just ask. Specific breathing, specific imagery, specific energy channels, specific trigger points, I don't like any of it because it is not innate, it doesn't come from my inner teacher.

I need only to be open to my inner teacher.

I will say that even though I don't like Mantak Chia and Tantra (because it feels a bit like a religion) I don't mind the practices. Even if I don't have a breakthrough, every practice done adds a little something to my inner world.
world. So I do appreciate it, I'm not against it.

Doesn’t everyone on here comment from their own experience anyways? I don’t think anyone guarantees anything, they put their comments on,if you can use it,then great.
Knowing what I know now,I personnally think this ‘no expectation’ is just silly. It’s not possible to have no expectation in life, you expect to get paid for working, expect a good time when with friends, expect the dog to take a shit on a walk, and expect orgasm from an Aneros toy, because that’s what the box says, and what people have testified to. I will speak for myself here,i bought an Aneros toy to cum! Plain and simple as that. It’s what I expected and it’s what came to pass after some reading, learning and figuring out. Not forgetting some ppl on here actually told me where I was going wrong, and listening to them got to exactly where they’d said I’d go. There is one thing holding people back and one thing only imho, their arousal process. The reasons it can’t amp up to the level required only they know, maybe mental health, stress, illness, porn, maybe trying to focus too much on breath, contractions etc.
They have to figure it out and bring everything together like we all did.
Don’t take it too seriously,just ride and cum,cum,cum!!!!! 😉

I've been a noobie for years. I'm finally not. I guess my journey has just been a tad more frustrating than the average person. At the same time, I feel like if I can do it, anyone can. I can still remember how it felt like such an impossibility some years ago that Aneros would do anything. But I gained a "never give up" attitude, I wouldn't care if it took me 15 years to feel something, still worth it.

I'll do kegels in the car or in my desk or wherever, but most of the time i get distracted and forget i was doing them. Anyone know of any audio tracks or anything that'll help me keep the beat, or train me to just kinda do them without thinking about it?

As an update to this. I no longer count my kegels. I started a routine of doing 1000 a day and right now I feel like the Mr Olympia of PC Muscles. At this time I do the kegels until it starts to feel pleasurable. Also for the year 2019 I have only masturbated 6 times. This is like an all new goal of mine. Minimizing my masturbation based ejaculations to have more impactful prostate sessions.
