I have been using aneros for the last couple of months things had got dull and so I purchased the tempo and it seemed to have made my ability to Kegle much better and stronger I seem to be able to orgasm withought anything other than to focus and Kegle is this part of re-wiring

Hi @sack4249,

I am glad you that your using the Tempo has enabled you to do the Kegel Exercises effectively. Can you tell us what model(s) of the Aneros you were using?

When I began using the Aneros Maximus last August and both Progasm models last September, that was when my Kegels took off!
