I start to think the PC muscle's main role is NOT to contract (if that's a role).

I suspect there is a proprioception subject of need for feedback and feedback possible either from blood-flow / energy-flow or muscle tension. Without feedback you have no idea what you do and what you feel. Switching from temsion based feedback to other methods frees a lot of things.

It is nice to see you agree... But I have no idea with what.
I am afraid I was extremely unclear (due to what I said still being at intuition stage) and you understood something entirely different.
