I am a new user of Aneros and have been enjoying the journey. I have experienced some new and amazing sensations and look forward to more discoveries. Does anyone have advice on keeping focused when muscle contractions occur? I get frustrated when I get distracted by a large muscle contraction and have to "start over again". It's still difficult for me to relax when my abs are going crazy or my legs are shaking vigorously. I'd appreciate any advice.

More than 11 years ago veteran @darwin wrote a wonderful post titled relax, relax, RELAX wherein he gave some great tips on this all important aspect of the Aneros journey. I first encourage you to read this post and heed his advice. There are several additional aides to helping you relax which I also encourage you to explore. Music is often suggested as a relaxation aid and you can find a list of member suggested audio pieces in the Muse Music - Aneros Aural Accompaniment post. You'll see references to Pop, Classical & New Age music, natural sound recordings, meditation music, and erotic hypnosis files and don't forget "HypnAerosession" (the only extended length audio recording specifically written for the Aneros user). Some other ideas to help get you in a good frame of mind can be found in the thread Identifying Facilitators to Progress.

Ultimately, your Anerosessions can become erotic meditations as you "Just Let Go !" of the muscle tension and mind noise which plagues our stress filled lives. Patience and practice will keep moving you forward in your journey.
Good Vibes to You !

Thanks, Rumel, for the links. I will read them. It took quite a while for me to get to the point of relaxing enough to feel any sensations at all. I know with patience more doors will open.
