I've lost my aless

After having my first aless orgasm a month ago my aless seems to have diminished to the point where I can now hardly feel it.

I've abstained from masterbation and sex for a few weeks in the hope this may help, but it doesn't seem to have helped.

Is it normal for my Aless feeling to come and go and what can I do to get it back?

@GettingThere You didn't say if you are continuing your Aneros sessions? I wouldn't sweat it; the Aless will come back IMHO. Your prostate isn't taking a vacation!

@GettingThere, the longer you have Aneros sessions, the stronger your Aless will become over time. Doing the Kegels everyday is also a great help in getting stronger, more sustained Aless. That has been my experience in the beginning months of my Aneros journey. Also I like to engage my Aless with the Kegels.

Sorry for the slow reply. @goldenboy I haven't been able to use my aneros for a while, but am looking forward to getting back to it when circumstances allow. @BigGlansDC I've do a few kegels but I find that doing any kind of muscles contractions actually distract from the feeling of aless. However I should probably commit to more kegel exercises outside of any sessions.

In the past week I've "rediscovered" my aless and found the relax, relax, RELAX post to be extremely helpful - I wish when I first got my aneros this was the first thing I read. I was definitely focusing far too much on trying to achieve something, rather than just letting my mind focus on the sensations without any goal in mind whatsoever.

Also a question for anyone reading this that has aless experience. When you're building up p-waves do you find you can feel each part of your body (anus, prostate and all the muscles in the area) and direct energy to them? Once I've spent about 15 minutes relaxing and focusing my mind on the area of my prostate and built up some p-waves, I can simply imagine a ball of energy travelling between up and down my anus and into my prostate. This generates also kinds of great sensations, and it feels like my mind has control over those parts. I'm intrigued to find out how people experience aless and how their mind represents those feelings.

@Getting There, you will find that as the Kegel Exercises, they will become nature to you. Relaxation is an important component in using the Aneros. I have found that the Aneros itself leads me into relaxationl @darwin's article on that subject is very good.

Yes, doing the Kegels during Aless actually revs up the sweetness of my Aless.

You are on to something when you focus upon various parts of your body as your final paragraph details. In fact, I have chosen it for my meditation in Aless.

Finally in the last couple years, I have found that stimulating my nipples during my sessions and Aless is indeed powerful and very sweet! 😉

I'm at a complete loss.

My first alsss came before aneros - after having a poor substitute up my ass and getting to like it, one day as I enjoyed the waves of spasmatic pleasure, I was dumbfounded to realize it had fallen out. The pleasure was happening by ass alone.

Once aneros entered my life, the aless quickly took on their own dimension. I can sit blissfully in a long airplane flight eliciting waves of ecstacy for an hour at a time.

Today, after a 50 mile bike ride, like other times post exercise, all it takes is laying down for aless to begin to grow..

It begins with twinges in my ass moving along with lines of tension and release in my face and lips. Nothing is forced or commanded. It's only invited to take over.

As the pules in my sphincter and prostate more more deliberately in and out, the glutes join in. I offer assistance by spreading my cheeks.

Suddenly twinges begin in my thighs and calves. A twitch here. A tingle there. Where did that come from? Let me invite more. The ass tightens. The spasms grow. The cock pulses and climbs out of hiding.

Time to diddle the nipples. Instantly a whole new dimension courses through my groin, into my ass and down my legs.

This can go on for hours - a whole day delightfully wasted.

All, without aneros. All, thanks to aneros.

But loss of the aless? It seems impossible.

My scalp is twitching now, in concert with my groin. The nipples call my fingers away from the keyboard.

Gotta go.

As you already learned a bit about focus and leading your energy where you want it, perhaps you like to try what helps me mostly at once to start my Aless: Visualizing my last ride with my Aneros. Slowly. From the beginning. Rubbing it across my lubed anus, slowly inserting it, inch by inch, envisioning the feeling when it was finally touching my prostate, doing this, my whole body is vibrating around my gland as its center. Involuntaries start thrusting my pelvis as if I really had put it in, sometimes even stronger. Sex is a mind thing! Good vibes!
