Congrats, Alex!
You can back off on pressuring yourself to have Super-Os if your goal is simply to have one or two a day. "Willing" a Super-O is not necessary. Once your mind/body gets the hang of it and you develop a routine, the Super-Os will just happen. For me, after 2 1/2 years of daily Aneros use, Super-Os occur every session without thinking about it at all, doing nothing but relaxing. I guess it's a habit (or an addiction -- I don't care which). I don't mean to understate the initial difficulty of achieving deep relaxation while a lump of plastic is up your butt. That borders on impossible for some guys, though most can get there with practice.

Thanks Dave.. I do however notice that it`s hard not to tens up in other bodyparts. Are they completely relaxed with you all through the session? Not even a finger pressing upwards into the air? hehe
@Alex_xxx Using your system I came to the mountain top and saw paridise ... yes a big white butt plug ... on the other side ..... As soon as my eyes beheld the awesome POWER of what was in store I started to run the rest of the way, lost my footing and fell back to bottom without the strength to climb again until another day .... :bz
So I decided to reward my good efforts by giving Progasm a workout ..... She (progasm is a big beautiful full figured red head with huge firm boobs) she punished me with deep stroking pleasure. It actually feels like my ass is a chicks mouth giving the device head. Hey whatever visuals one can create. But while the exercise was quite pleasant, I was unable to make the trip back to the top of the mountain.
I learned that you must keep the breathing and relaxation going when the thing starts to build.

Yes, every muscle is relaxed inasmuch as I can do that by letting go. So relaxed I used to be afraid the Aneros would fall out. Nonetheless, some internal muscles go ahead and do their own thing without me consciously controlling them. That's the "auto-fucking" action. If by "finger" you mean an erection, yes those happen, then fade and happen again. For me, the big Dry Os occur when hard.
Of course, some guys never relax and get their best results with active contractions like you described. Whatever works is right for you.

@ten_s_nutPast two sessions I`ve been working really hard not to tens up in any werid muscles while concentration on the right ones. And by finger I ACTUALLY meant my finger. When I concentrated really hard i suddenly noticed my finger pointing up in the air, or my tounge pressing hard down in my mouth, or my toes stretching out upwards.
My last session now after a couple of times of focusing on it I reeeeally hard, I actually made it through the session without any occurrences.
Also... I`m now trying to get used to not FORCING the Super-O. It`s ridiculous when you know you can push it over the edge, and instead you just lay there working those contractions reeeally smooth in stead.
Last three sessions now after I stopped forcing it the Super-O`s to come I`ve aaaalmost been on the top of the hill multiple times every session. It`s good, but I`m sooo hungry for a super-O right now I think I`m gonna end up banging my head against the wall 🙂 Gonna try to not focus on the gold medal en just enjoy the session instead.
