First, This is my first time posting on these forums so I would like to say hi to everyone 🙂

Anyways, At first I did quite a bit of research about the aneros technique but I need some real person answers.

About 2 months ago I got my Aneros Helix. Sense then I have probably used it about 15-20 times.

I start out doing what everyone says to do. I breathe and relax for about 10 minutes, than put it in and than do my breathing excercises for another 5 minutes. After that I just kind of squeeze my PC Muscles as I breathe in and hold the muscles it for about 10-15 seconds, Until the begin to fatigue and I get the quiver that makes it move on its own. (I am laying on my back with it on a pillow, like the tips said, so the bottom part doesn't rub against the mattress and hinder anything) These sessions last for about half an hour.

Now I dont think I am doing much wrong here, especially sense it feels good. The only thing that makes me think that something might be wrong is that...

A) I have no precum even after half an hour. (It said that this is supposed to happen)

and

B)A couple times I held the aneros down farther and positioned it on my prostate and manually moved it with my hands. This felt much better, Its almost like without my hands it is not putting on as much pressure as it should. It is just a very mild sensation when I leave it be by itself.

I understand that I am not going to be able to master the Aneros and the Super - O This quick and it takes lots and lots of time and practice, but I would still like to have some advice! Am I doing anything wrong? Is there anything else I should be doing? Any info would help!

Thanks 🙂

Hi viksfan08,

Welcome to the Forum.

From reading your post, I think most of what you are doing is very good experimenting with the basic techniques. The answer to your first concern is you may experience increased precum emissions but not all do, I know this because I don't, don't worry about it, there is nothing wrong here. You might want to look at the Poll on this topic, http://aneros.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2426 .
I believe the manual manipulation of your device is the incorrect procedure. By forgoing manual maninulation there is less physical stimulation, but you are training yourself to be more attuned to the subtle sensations your prostate WILL emit. And you will preclude doing yourself any accidental harm.
I would suggest you try holding a low to mid level contraction for as long as you can, a minute or more, but maintain a good deep belly breathing pattern whilst doing so, this might induce stronger involuntary muscle spasms. Be patient as you allow your body to respond to these subtle massager movements and focus on listening for your body’s response.

Greetings viksfan08!

All I can do here is to add my voice to Rumel's and say that pre-cum isn't
necessary to have a dry orgasm!

That being said, I never used to have pre-cum during the first 6 Mo. to a year
or so, probably??? Although, after I progressed in my practice and was re-wired,
this just started happening as a little bonus to my sessions!

I can tell, you like the feeling of the extra pressure by using your hand to push! One
thing I would try . . . loose the pillow and just let the Aneros stay between you and
the mattress. This is my main possition: on back, feet flan on bed and bent. This
usually gives me a little push on the Aneros and some pressure if I need it???

Hope this helps!

Later, Hlaser99
