Is this grounds for having minimum 2,5 hour sessions?

So I was reading a little booklet by Clio Cresswell after checking out her short Ted Talks video and I noticed something that could be of relevance.

So she said something like - the wife shouldn't give up if you don't want it right now, because you'll peak (testosterone) every 2 - 2,5 hours.
Naturally this peaked... my interest, And sure enough, I found an online booklet where she cited her sources of research into testosterone mini-peaks during the day.

Citing her booklet on page 150:
"As for the exact timing of the mini testosterone peaks, these vary
from study to study. Men show definite patterns but they seem
highly tailored to the individual. To give you some idea, according
to Johannes Veldhuis and his colleagues from the University of
Virginia, in terms of total testosterone we’re looking at about
one peak every 112 minutes (close to one every two hours).
Remember, this pattern was drawn out from numbers, here
representing testosterone levels gathered every 10 minutes for
36 hours—we must thank cluster analysis for the finding, a relatively
new statistical technique."

So, given this - maybe every session should be a 2,5 hour minimum. This will give you the cycle at least one and maybe two if you're lucky.

And might I add before I sign off, that Clio is totally awsome, and a hottie 🙂

Thoughts?
