Is this a good sign?

I followed the advice on that thread about getting to the super o faster, and I got a reaction that I had gotten before, which was shaking. I would clench my ass and hold it and lift my pelvis with my legs and I would start shaking. Some of them were rather strong and my hand was shaking too, but it was part me shaking and part involuntary it seemed. It was the shaking you get when you hold a position for too long when you exercise, that kind of shaking, with a tiny bit of pleasure one or two times, amongst the shakes. Is this a sign I am on the right track? If it is so I will try again tomorrow.

@blohan - Definitely on right track. Your body is reacting to Aneros. Relax let your body react and
enjoy those contractions, drink in the pleasure you're feeling.

Great way to see how you're doing is checking out Wiki Milestone list

Even if some of them feel voluntary? Or rather some of it feels that way. How long till an orgasm would you say?

It's a bit chicken and egg really. Your main aim here is to give yourself and to receive pleasure. Setting your sites on orgasm after orgasm you're just going to fall way short. You have to rethink what an orgasm is. On the wiki one of the milestones is listed as "Continuous Super-Os directed at different parts of the body". So...what will an orgasm in your big toe on your right foot feel like?

Thats all a bit trantric and toaist but then again sticking a piece of plastic up your butt in pursuit of rapture isn't conventional either.

When will you know that you have got "there"? Maybe being on the path/the journey is being "there". Perhaps it's best to taste every crumb like it's a complete lavish meal?

Blohan - those little bits of pleasure between the shakes will grow and become more intense if you follow my own experience. I found there is NO dividing line between them and an orgasm - they just get stronger and stronger until one day you decide they are strong enough to be called an orgasm. They may well technically be an orgasm before you are even ready to accept that. Small pleasurable sensations we might call pleasure waves, bigger still mini-orgasms, and bigger still dry orgasms - but I have not found a clear dividing line between them.

Your desperation to have what you would define as an orgasm, will hold you back though. Let go of the need to get there, and just enjoy those little bits of pleasure between the shakes. They will grow if you nurture them through your enjoyment of them, but not if you try to force them to go where you think you should be going. Don't expect these orgasms to be anything like a traditional ejaculatory orgasms either - you'll be looking a long time if that is what you expect. Have no expectations - just enjoy the pleasure in whatever form it takes.

I used to get lots of shaking in my legs in particular - but those have mostly gone, as the rewiring process continued. Now I get a warm buzz, or a vibration in the muscles, which in itself is very pleasurable.

Have fun

I had more shaking today and a slight feeling of needing to pee, and two times I got like a wave of please amongst the shaking and some hard contractions in my ass, what do you think? Also, should I stop tomorrow? or continue? If I stop, will the progress be lost?

It took me about 6 months to get dry orgasms, but a further 6 months to realise what they were.

I have now been at this 3 years in August and am ecstatically happy with what my aneros and I can conjure up together.

Those pleasurable bits sound like strong pleasure waves or even mini-orgasms. It is difficult to say for sure, because they they exist on a continuum of pleasure sensations that increases without a break between pleasure waves and dry-orgasms, and for all I know, all the way to super-Os. There are no neat dividing lines between these words that we use - at least not for me. This is one of the ways that multiple orgasms differ from an ejaculatory orgasm, where there is a point of no return and then a refractory period afterwards. Things are not that clear cut with multiple orgasms.

Perhaps those guys getting the intense shaking are fairly new to this? I know my intense shakes have mostly gone, but what they have been replaced with is even better. The xtube shakers are the only way that we can gauge the intensity of the experiences they are having. A non-shaker would have very little to show, although the experience may be just as intense, if not more so.

But should I continue again today and do it daily until a dry orgasm or stop?

In my experience, you won't MAKE it happen any quicker - best just enjoy the journey that you are on.
