Searching using the term 'overweight' I couldn't find this answer on here so . . .

Will the Aneros still work for you if you are significantly overweight? How do you keep it from 'locking in'?

A good question....being a large guy myself I was wondering the same thing. I've used my Helix twice now with no success but I'm comitted to refining my technique until I reach the super-O. I'll report any progress that might be helpful
