Is the helix syn v safe to sleep with?

Yeah it's safe, your body may absorb the lube if it is water based, and you may wake up a bit irritated (not in a dangerous way, just like you want to take it out).  Coconut oil will probably last longer and you may sleep the night.  Some guys get crazy night orgasms doing that, I have never had great pleasure from it.  but the SYN toys are soft and comfortable, awake or asleep.  I fell asleep with the new Maximus SYN and it's the most comfortable aneros I have ever used.

Same here, every time I accidentally fall asleep with one in, I wake up a few hours later with zero arousal and a chore to do.

The only time I've had anything interesting happen was last week, when I fell asleep with the Progasm Jr inside me, I had a dream that I was dripping semen, which felt really good but only seemed to last a few seconds before the dream either changed or I woke up.

I actually find it near impossible to sleep with it in on purpose, it's always accidental.
