I am sure with Black Friday they are backed up. That was a nice sale they had going on. I have never had any issues with their shipments in all the years I have been around. Be patient. I know that is a tall order, but you should be getting something soon.

I also ordered this last weekend, received a receipt from High Island, not Aneros. Browsing the Aneros Site I do not see a Black Ice Progasm. Wondering if I have been scammed?

Same thing here. Ordered the Black Ice Progasm this weekend. E mail receipt received and credit card charged but no confirmation or shipping information. Four days to ship? Knew the Progasm was big but come on.

Same here - I ordered on Friday, two-day shipping, was told I'd get it by Tuesday. No confirmation or shipping info. I ordered the Vice, not the black Progasm, so it is not a stocking issue. Almost a week now...

Thanks for the info on High Island. I had no idea and figured I had been scammed. Still have not received the Black Ice. Funny how your prostate starts anticipating when you order something new. Looking forward to it. I am a little concerned about the size but I'll see what happens.

Ok, I got mine today. It came USPS, so perhaps that's why they didn't send shipping & tracking info. I imagine all yours have shipped as well. I'm eager to try it, but thought I should share the reassuring news for you.

I haven't gotten mine yet ....I finally got a notification lastnight about it being shipped shortly a week after I orders.... hope it shipped a few days ago there just late on the notice

Still no word on my order. Reading above posts I'm sure it will show up sometime. However, do not think it is good business practice to charge the credit card before item is ready to ship. If there is delay for some reason, out of stock for example, let buyer know and do not charge the card.

However, I have slight concern that they gave me the wrong product. One of the things I ordered was the BLACK ICE Progasm but it's definitely not polished smooth or look like the ICE...in fact there is a visable and tangible seam and it seems to just be plastic. Wondering if it's just a black original Progasm. Should/can I send it back?

yes. contact @aneros.com">support@aneros.com. even though many of us polish out an occasional seam without complication, you do chance uncovering some porosity that will make things worse.

If it's truly a plain Black Progasm, and not a Progasm Black Ice, the plastic will look solid, and not translucent, like the Black Ice. The regular Progasm will feel like plastic from a Revell model kit, and the Black Ice will feel hard and smooth, like plastic optical lenses.

Based on the description by Badger, I was sent the wrong item. Mine is apparently just plastic but the invoice says Progasm Black Ice, which is what I thought I was buying. I have contacted support and am awaiting a response.
