I am kinda interested in it. But at the same time I don't really know how safe it is.
There are really cheap TENS machines which aren't supposed to be used as sex toys and there are
much more expensive e-sex machines like those from Mystim. But I dont really know if there are any
differences at all or if you can as well buy a cheap TENS machine and then attach the electrodes to your
penis or whatever. The mystim machines are really expensive.
I also dont even know if e-sex is good or not which is why I wouldnt want to spend a lot of money without even
knowing if its good.

Another concern is safety. I read that you should use these machines for too long cause they interfere with the electricity
in the tissue. Maybe this is a totally incalculable risk. I mean who knows what happens when you attach these things to your
penis or balls and then there's electricity going through them. That's a bit scary.

But on the other hand I am looking for new thrills. Normal masturbation with the hands and also with masturbators is boring.
I also tried anal vibrators and dildos but they don't really deliver. I thought that anal stimulation was totally good and kinda like
a new sexual dimension but to me it's not. I dont know why. But when I stick a vibrator up my ass or insert a dildo then it really doesnt feel that great. Sure, I come easier that way, but the anal stimulation itself is nowhere near as good as I expected it from
watching porn. I mean in porn the chicks which have anal sex act like it's the best thing in the world. This is really disappointing somehow. 🙁

By the way, I noticed when I was having a prostate checkup at the urologist and he examined my prostate with his finger and pressed on it then it also didn't feel good or arousing. Does this show that prostate stimulation simply doesn't work for me? I heard some guys get orgasms during a prostate exam cause it feels so good.

I'm afraid you are going to be disappointed most of your life if you think your life should mirror those actions.
In response to your reaction to your urologist's DRE (Digital Rectal Exam), it is not supposed to be pleasurable (nor is it supposed to be painful). It is an examination meant to detect any abnormalities in your prostate as he gently palpates it to make an assessment of its health status, to do otherwise would be considered inappropriate professional behavior.

There is a large group of https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Erotic_electrostimulation ”"> E-Stim aficionados at SmartStim.com, with a wealth of information surrounding E-Stim usage, however, you do have to join the membership (it's free) in order to access the website information. There have been numerous discussions there about electrifying Aneros massagers. Most of those discussions revolve around homemade devices. E-Stim equipment is mentioned in the Aneros WIKI and in several threads in the Forum such as Electrosex and Aneros, electrostimulation...., https://community.aneros.com/forum/discussion/9566/hesitating-to-post-this-but- “">Hesitating to post this but… & https://community.aneros.com/forum/discussion/7546/electro-stim-aneros-039stereostimming039 ”">electro-stim + aneros / ‘sterostimming’. In an older thread this commercially available item - The Electrify It Kit shows the use of the Aneros Maximus in an electrified condition. However, I don't know if that kit is still available. There is also some instructions for creating your own E-stim device here.

Please take proper safety precautions when utilizing E-Stim equipment! & Please read this short http://www.zity.biz/docs/english/estim/information/guide-to-erotic-electrostimulation.htm l">Guide to Erotic Electrostimulation

Good Vibes to You !

Thanks, I wouldnt want to build something on my own. I am no geek and would also be too afraid of that. But the smartstim forum seems like a good place to go and ask questions. 🙂

Try this thread. Find your way to the start. May be useful information as it deals with more than its heading.

@dunz I have used eStim. I find the estim anal toys like like Aneros, but the eStim adds "mechanical (for lack of a better term) stimulation causing the device to move back and forth or up and down across the prostate. It feels like a super charged Aneros.

I do not use the eStim all the time once a wee or most often every couple of weeks and it super charges my aneros sessions.

My favorite toy is:

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00KQQP3ZK?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00

This feels a lot like Progasm

I also have Twisting Tom from Happy Stim USA but rarely use it

Out of curiosity I have tried it on my genitals and do not find it stimulating like some people do.

For those who are interested in DIY projects, there's a gent in the zity.biz e-stim forum who used to openly share his designs for both electrodes and the associated amplifiers. Look for .

He seems very safety conscious in his designs. He covers both signal generators and mp3 file-driven solutions.

erm, short question. do those e-stim devices still work when you use them with a condom or will the condom hinder the electricity? cuz i would want to put a condom over every anal toy but if an anal e-stim prostate toy doesnt work with a condom then it would make no sense.

@dunz, estim anal electrode won't work in a condom unless the condom specifically is electrically conductive. The estim works by electrically triggering muscular contraction. So the electrical impulses must be transmitted to the lining of the rectum through to the muscles. Internally, oil based lubes work, externally a water based gel is needed to make the contact. That is unless you use pads, in which case the skin must be dry and oil free.

@dunz,

i am surprised nobody has piped up with the obvious reaction to your post.

you are on an aneros forum. the guys here get off intensely, for hours, with the aneros.

at least half have started out with the same lack of pleasure or responsiveness. this is standard. the aneros takes some time for your body to figure out.

from your post it seems like you haven't yet tried it, having only tried dildos and vibrators. i think few here are enthusiasts of anal vibrators, they often cause numbing. and dildos require real expertise at first, to awaken sensitivity down there.

if you want to know from your urologist if your prostate is sensitive, next time during your DRE ask him to slowly gently tickle it for a half hour, alternating his strokes, without touching your penis. see if you don't start orgasming from that.

so, in sum: sure you can spend hundreds on fancy e-stim stuff, and if that is your thing, your sexual hobby, great.

but in the end, an aneros is likely to be as good or better, even if you are not anally responsive now. and it is safe, natural and healthy.

darwin

@darwin, thanks for the heads up, I missed the obvious completely. It may also apply to another thread.

Being a curious sort I have tried both. Estim, like Aneros, is a learned response. And, it can be expensive.

If you haven't yet, try an Aneros first. Your prostate is a delicate and sensitive gland that seems to react best to gentle stimulation. A sledge-hammer approach with vibrators and dildos is unlikely to get you the response you are seeking regardless of the videos you may have seen. It may take some time to achieve pleasurable sensations. By the time you do, you will have learned a great deal about your body and perhaps a bit about what is possible.

thanks for the warning. if e-stim toys dont work with condoms then i think it's not really for me.
i dont like to use any toys without condom especially today where they even sell faked sex toys. hygiene is much of a concern to me.

@dunz, try an Aneros. You can put them into a condom if you wish.
