Sorry for my poor English 🙂

I live in Hong Kong, and I've ordered a Aneros MGX at 4Jan06. Wait for more then 20 days now, but I still can't receive the parcel.

I've sent 3 e-mail to support to ask for a tracking number, but none of them were replied. 🙁

Did anyone had the experience that order a Aneros from overseas? How log did you wait until the parcel arrive?

Hello Ho,
We checked our email logs and we replied to you yesterday, please check your email. International orders take 2-3 weeks for delivery, so it should be arriving shortly. Let us know if you have any questions.
