Intense body electric!

While sleeping last night, I guess I was subconsciously meditating or something, because I woke up to the most intense body electricity I have ever felt! Even in my half sleeping state, I was able to precisely control the movement of the electricity by passively focusing on an area of my body.

Somehow, I even remembered to draw the energy up my spine, collect it at the crown of my head, and then effortlessly draw it back down to my naval. 😀

This is only my second real experience with body electricity, but boy am I excited for what's to come next!:)

How did it feel to you? Like an electrical shock, tingling,energy? Have you felt a less intense version of this electricity before? By passively focusing, what do you mean? Was it like visualizing? When did it subside? What was the first time you experienced this? Notice any changes since this happened? Did you decide to direct the electricity up and down your spine or was it automatic?

Sorry about all the questions but I'm interested. I haven't had this happen to me yet but it sounds like descriptions of what @jmay and others were writing about in drawing erotic energy up the spine and down again. Currently I'm reading about developing and working with subtle energies which reside in the center of our bodies near the naval. Called the hara in Japan, I think it's like a chakra but has been described as our psychic womb, the place of inner grounding.

@euphemistic

It was a tingly feeling. A strong buzzing. Almost as if there were literal electric currents running through my body.

I have had a similar experience once before with the body electric. I was focusing on my prostate for about 30 minutes with my progasm in, while deeply resting. (Not sleeping, but extremely relaxed). I felt the same electric feeling spread thru the lower half of my body, but not the top half. To answer your question more directly, I have not felt a less intense version of this before. The only other time was the story I just related, and that was just as intense, but localized to my lower half of my body.

By passively focusing, I mean I would draw my attention to a part of my body, and the electricity would naturally seem to accumulate there. The passive part of that meaning that I never TRIED to get the energy to move. It just collected where ever I thought about. I don't exactly know how to describe that focusing, but it wasn't like visualizing in my opinion.

Because this happened in the middle of the night, I am not really entirely sure, but it subsided when I eventually drifted back to sleep.

I haven't noticed any physical changes as of yet. I am going to try a session tonight and see what comes from it.

The energy was just sort of there minding its own business before I started to direct it. It was extremely easy to direct it, but it was not just automatically going up the spine.

A couple things I just thought of that are interesting:

Both times I felt the energy, I was lying on my stomach in an extremely relaxed state.

Also, I have tinnitus(ringing in the ears), and whatever this energy was was causing the ringing to go crazy. I think the ringing is initially what woke me up. But whatever this energy was was causing the ringing to sound about twice as loud when I would bring it near my head. It also gets louder when I do something such as clamp my jaw. So that to me suggests that the electricity isnt just created by the brain. I think it must be something that physically happens in our skin and muscular systems.

All of this blows my mind:)

@MMO

I just found this thread after searching for 'electrical shock' on the forums, as a result of my experience last night. Interesting to read about your experience.

I'm still quite new to this (2weeks with progasm), and have felt what I think is a couple of p-waves so far.

Last night, I was having a session, and was on all fours doing a bunch of pelvic stretching motions. . OK - so I too noticed some electric shocks. They seemed to be located at my prostate and the forward wall of my rectum down to my anus. I first noticed them when I was doing the 'cat' stretch - the part where the back forms a concave "C" shape. I then kept my hands on the floor, and pushed my pelvis forward - where this electric shock / tingling sensation intensified. I then played with it for ~ 15 minues, but my arms got quite tired, and the tingling seemed to diminish over time as well.

It was very strange to me, but encouraging that I was getting to feel my prostate. I'm encouraged by your experience MMO, as I will see if I can shift it around as well, if it comes back.

Tingle on!

Interesting, I've gotten this electrical feeling at points during sessions as well. I always think it is a Super O beginning to build, but usually it dissipates before anything happens. Anyway, I haven't had a Super O yet so maybe eventually I'll be able to keep building it.

In my case, it's usually centered in my prostate/rectum/anus area. Every so often it feels more like my whole lower torso is buzzing. I haven't consciously tried redirecting this energy, so I will do that next time.

I wouldn't say it's pleasurable exactly, but it's not unpleasant. And it seems to make the prostate quite pronounced and sensitive afterwards, which can lead to some nice p-waves and involuntaries.

@pedalzzz That's awesome! Keep at it! Getting in a more comfortable, sustainable position may also help you. That tingling isn't really pleasurable in itsself. But it is definitely a marker that you are on the correct path for finding the super-o! Just know that where you are now is where I was two weeks ago, and I have been quite thoroughly mind blown since then! I don't know how much about chi you know (or believe), but I seriously suggest you read up on directing those energies. Coming from a more skeptic background, I thought it was all bull crap, but I had to reevaluate that when I noticed everything they say hold true for myself.:)

@tairy From what I have come to understand, I believe it to work like this: the electricity we feel isn't the super o, It is sort of like a medium that a super-o can thrive in. In the same way that your body naturally coats the walls of your urethra with pre-cum to give it suitable conditions for sperm to survive, that electric feeling your body creating optimal conditions for a super-o to thrive.

I have noticed that a prostate orgasm isn't necessarily directly linked to that electricity. I have had prostate orgasms where I didn't have that electricity anywhere other than my prostate. BUUT guess where I felt those! ONLY in my prostate. Comparing that to my gspot orgasms where my legs and torso were in a frenzy of electrical excitement, I can tell you that the orgasmic feelings flow to everywhere that electricity is! So much larger!

So if that makes you feel like you aren't as close to the super o, don't fret! Consider this:

Your body is proving that it can push create that sustainable environment to create the super o. its saying, "I've got the fuel all going, thrusters ready!". All you have is failure of ignition! The moment your body can get a metaphorical spark in the right place, you be sent off into the f**king stratosphere! So be freaking stoked about that. You too pedalzzz. You are in the same boat!

Very interesting read! I've only been doing prostate massage with my Eupho Syn for a couple of months. For a relative newcomer, I feel I've had great success experiencing p-waves, dry-o's, super-t and thought I'd experienced a super-O a couple of times, but now I'm not sure. A couple of days ago I felt this buzzing from the area around my prostate. This buzzing feeling was as one of the previous posters described, like a slight electrical tingling, not totally pleasant, but not really uncomfortable either. It had been a couple of days since I'd inserted my Eupho and didn't quite know what to make of this feeling until I read this post. The feeling did not go away until I had my next session and hasn't resurfaced over the last two days. I don't know anything about body energy, chi or whatever it's called, but I am definitely intrigued!

Hey MMO, when you woke up in the middle of the night and had the "electric" feeling, did you wake up with an erection?

@MMO - Woot! Thanks for the encouragement. I'm stoked for my next session (not to mention my next few weeeks).

I did drift off last night and awoke to some moxt excellent p-waves. I'm getting convinced that this thing works - and works well!

RE: chi - no skepticism here. I'm anxious to work on helping direct it from the inside, rather than the outside.

Yeeehaaw!
