Since spots like joints aren't usually among my erogenous locations, I think of those as 'points' where sexual energy is attempting to catch my attention. I promptly acknowledge them with a gentle touch of one my erogenous spots such as the 'then-dominant nipple' or use the tip of my tongue to tap on or swipe my soft pallet.

Yes! The backs of the knees I use a lot.

Along the MMO trail one is likely to develop numerous orgasm trigger points.
