Hello Forum. I don't know if I just got lucky or if being educated with all the info I could find helped with my journey. Maybe both? I thought I would share my thoughts on this amazing experience so far. I’ve been able to go from completely ignorant about all things concerning prostate O’s to being able to have A-Less Super O’s in just a matter of 2-3 months and All I can say is WOW! WOW! WOW!
For those of you who have not yet achieved the results that produce a mind blowing experience I say hang in there…
Here are some things that helped me. (In no particular order)
1. Relaxation is VERY IMPORTANT! I cannot emphasize this enough. RELAX RELAX RELAX! You cannot force pleasure.
2. Read EVERYTHING in the Aneros WIKI and then reread it!
3. Read this post by @DarkOrb on how to use the male vagus nerve technique.
4. Make sure to check out Mindgasm Do at least the first three lessons. You can do them for free on their YouTube Channel. Breath control is VERY IMPORTANT to remaining RELAXED.
5. Learn how to control your pelvic floor and become a Kegel master.
6. Make sure to use plenty of lube. I recommend pre lubrication, I use 7ml of lube in a Child’s Oral Syringe. My local pharmacy gave me two for free and lube on the devise. Check out the Lubrication section of the Aeros WIKI for detailed information.
7. DO NOT have any expectations!
8. BE PRESENT in the moment and pay attention to your body and the sensations that you are experiencing.
9. Allow plenty of uninterrupted time. I like to have two hours minimum. Although I don’t concern myself about time if I decide to have an A-Less session.
10. Learn to LOVE YOURSELF. I treat my sessions as making love to myself, and WOW what a reward that produces.
This has been an amazing adventure, I still have trouble even believing that my body is capable of the things I’ve experienced thus far. THANK YOU to everyone in the forum for sharing their experiences, tips, recommendations, etc. Your words helped my shoot to the moon like a rocket.
I bought a Helix Trident about two weeks ago, and have used it 5 times since. Felt very little the first 4 times. However, I think the awakening has begun, because last night, after about 45 minutes of nothing, I turned on my side instead of my back. When I placed my top leg slightly in front of my bottom leg, the shape of the aneros sort of came into focus, as if turning the lense on a camera to make a blurry image sharp. I could now tactilely feel it, from all sides, in my anal canal. I could feel its exact shape and slightest movement. I froze, trying very hard not to lose that sensation. It started to weaken, so I gave it a little contraction. Each contraction strengthened the feeling. Eventually these contractions became involuntary (and interestingly, far longer than the voluntary ones). Although it ebbed and flowed, I eventually had my first dry prostate orgasm, which I could tell because I sort of felt light in my torso and head. It's main characteristic, however, was an even finer resolvment of tactilely feeling the aneros. The muscles would tense and just hold, and it felt great, I could feel myself surrounding the aneros, the muscles all felt very weekly like that feeling in the base of your penis when you flex it. It was an entirely different sensation to a TO, but of equivalent intensity and length. It did lack the feeling of release, though.
After that, my definite, precise feeling of the shape and motion of the aneros faded. I then accidentally discovered how to make it come back. Because I relaxed after the orgasm, the feeling faded. After a bit, I thought maybe I should try for another one. So from a state of relaxed pelvic muscles, I gave it the slightest twitch. And another. And another, with the intent of ramping up. But by the third or fourth extremely gentle contraction, the shape was resolving again. I continued with equally gentle contractions, and involuntarily they were made stronger. It built again into another orgasm, this one shorter.
Over the course of two hours, I was able to have 6 dry prostate orgasms. I stopped to pee between the 2nd and 3rd, as well as the 4th and 5th, and it was harder to find that sense of detailed shape when the bladder was less full.
I am so exited, because these were on par with regular orgasms and I now have a trick to feel the aneros more strongly, and from what I have read, my awakening has just begun and the pleasure should continue to improve.
P.S. The way I experienced these orgasms was so similar to the journey to get there (since the orgasm was simply the extremely strong sense of shape of the aneros and a mysterious pleasure accompanying it) that it's probably super conducive to the "enjoy the journey" mindset that is so recommended here.
P.P.S. My voice was hoarse, face was pale, and was vaguely shakey after just a few apparently weak orgasms. Very exited for the future!
