The PSY was my fourth device, after a Helix, Progasm Ice and a Eupho.  I started with the Helix, and since being a beginner I never achieved a prostate orgasm others regularly experience.  I blamed the device, and thinking I needed a bigger one, I ordered a Progasm.  It was a big mistake, because my untrained muscles never made the Progasm move the way I believe it should to throw me in pleasure terrain.  The experience with it was dull and quite frustrating.  I then realized I was expecting too much from a process that may take its time, and that looks like what others name "a journey".  I reset my expectations, and believing I needed a smaller device more in tune with my almost virgin orifice I purchased my third device: the Eupho.  It helped me a lot to regain confidence in the process as with it I was able to feel the first pleasurable sensation deep inside my anus.  After many months (but not many sessions) I switched back to the Helix, and I believe I rode my first P-wave.  Being curious about the newest device being marketed, I indulged myself with my fourth toy, the PSY.  It brought me to a new level of pleasure, and I believe it is related to the ridges that stimulate my anus and the pointy head that targets my prostate with more pressure.  With it I had my first mini-O.  Maybe it is not the devices what makes the change, but the continuous learning process and the knowing of my own body, what made the difference.  I still have not experienced a full blown prostate orgasm, but now I desire to have more sessions and continue my journey.  I never had a satisfactory session with Progasm, but I believe it is because of my lack of experience in this realm.
