I've read on here a long time ago about an individual warning of going too long without using aneros or prostate play in general and loosing his re wiring and having a hard time getting back into the swing of things. I usually have a session every week or at the very least every 2 weeks but lately I haven't felt like doing anything prostate related at all (not sure why I've also been sleeping a butt load and not being in the best of moods) it's been over a month and I'm just wondering how long is too long without a session or if this is even a thing or measurable since everyone is different.
