What we need is proper soundproofing, I agree with alex that Aneros is best done alone and so is moaning. And for me it would just be awkward doing this with a woman. Seriously, it's about gender roles. To me when a man and a woman are together, moaning is the women's prerogative, if a man started moaning during sex as well I don't think it would work. Careful @canacan, those 2 like to psychoanalyze everyone elses problems instead of dealing with their own. I will say, having kids in the house, or other locations you have to be quiet can present a fun challenge. Each TRYING to get the other to moan or scream when you know you can't or shouldn't. But alone in a quiet house together does give a bit more freedom to vocalize...

It's about allowing yourself to let go, yes things can go automatic, but if for whatever reason you can't let go, i.e. give expression to what you're feeling you'll never get the most out of your orgasms.
