I have been able to have great sessions with the Helix Syn at a good success rate for several months,
but only mediocre sessions with the MGX because I had always felt that the P-tab presses against the perineum too tightly and the tip is too pointy, which were big distractions for me.

For the past few weeks, I can feel that my pelvic floor muscles are getting much stronger.
During the day if I'm relax enough, I can feel waves of pelvic floor muscle contractions happening automatically, and that makes my prostate feels good.

Last night, for some reason my body told me to go for the MGX instead of the safe choice of Helix Syn, and I'm so glad that I did.
I had a super amazing session with the MGX for the first time.
With stronger pelvic floor muscles, I seemed to be able to move the device more easily, and the strong pressure against the perineum becomes a positive attribute.
The device felt more like a firm hand massaging me internally and externally at the same time.
When arousal builds toward dry-O's, the stronger pelvic floor muscles can hold or move the device against the prostate with even more pressure (more than Helix Syn),
thus creating a positive feedback loop.
The dry-O's were super intenstive, each lasted for more than a minute, with only a few seconds in between.
The session lasted for about an hour and I was in an orgasmic state almost the entire time.

I think having stronger pelvin floor muscles helped out a lot.
I highly recommend to those who want improve their sessions to work on the pelvic muscles regularly, either with an Aenros device, or with Kegel and Reverse-Kegel exercises.

This is quite bizarre, i have been thinkig the same sort of things, and use the szme devices as you mention. One thing though i have both the SGX and MGX and i cannot decide which is best for me because of my stature.

I am a very short guy around 5ft 4in, are you a smaller guy or average/larger than normal? i fel this has a direct correclation as to if a device is effective or not. For example i find the progasm absoutely monstrous in size, far, far too big and perhaps the same for other smaller devices as theyre too 'long'

Ok so i gave the MGX a try again today. After pushing past the initi feelings which tail off quickly if odun i was able to get orgasms however this time the orgasm was most noticable in my penis, it was as if my penis was ejaculating but no liquids coming out. Not quite as intense as an ejaculatory orgasm however but lovely nonetheless.

One orgasm lasted for around 4 minutes! quite impressed.

Noteable thing: i wasnt aroused at all for this session, weird. (seems the trend of late :/ )

Your "dry-O's" sound similar to what I experience. I can ejaculate but then have a period of 1-5 minutes of heightened sensory where my body quivers and my skin is sensitive to the touch. Then hours after I can get smaller quakes through out my body. My prostate and the muscles feel amazing, relaxed.

I definitely agree with the Kegel exercises you mentioned. I recommend to every one to practice them as much as you would when you work out in a gym.

I'm short also. I have the prograsm jr. and it is too big for me, at least for now.

Updates:
I tried the MGX for a few more days after that super amazing session. The 2nd session on the 2nd day, my prostate and pelvic floor muscles were too sore to move the MGX effectively. I then rested for 2 more days and had the 3rd session on the 4th day, and it was pretty good.
I think one session every 2~3 days is a good balance between keeping the prostate sensitized and allowing pelvic floor muscles to rest for me.
MGX is my favorite device now.

I have had the penis ejaculating but no liquid experiences also, but it varies.
In my 1st super amazing MGX session, I didn't have as strong ejaculating feeling.
Maybe because I was almost in a constant orgasmic state.
In the end of that session, there was a huge load of precum accumulating at the base of my penis, a lot more than regular cum.

@bbs999 I agree with 2-3 days rest between sessions.

@bbs999 I’ve just recently discovered that I mostly only get the ejaculating feeling orgasms when I’m in my side with my top leg tucked and my bottom leg mostly straight.

if I’m on my back with my legs bent and feet flat then the orgasms are mostly internal and less penis focused.

im using the High Island Health Pro-State 2 for these sessions which is just the MGX but with a different base (not trident)
