I am 68 years old and have recently started prostate play (maybe a couple of months ago). I pretty quickly got to the point of super-O’s both with a device and a-less. My frequency of ejaculation went way down since the intensity and pleasure of the super-O dwarfed that of ejaculation but I would still occasionally deliberately end the session with ejaculation, mostly as a way to sort of end things and go to sleep.

But the strange thing is that when I try to do that now I still have the traditional orgasm, I can feel all of the usual feelings associated with ejaculation, and I feel satisfied afterwards.  But there is no ejaculation. I haven’t ejaculated for weeks now despite my best efforts.

I guess this isn’t a huge deal since the super-O’s are vastly more satisfying but it kind of bugs me and I worry if it is somehow unhealthy to not ejaculate.

does this sound familiar anyone?

This did happen to me a few times. Was weird. Are you sure you're not ejaculating into your bladder tho? Maybe some inner tubes got confused or something?
