I dont get an answer from support

I have sent several emails to support to get a tracking number on my recent order, but i have'nt got any answer. My package is probably delayed because of the air traffic problems in europe, and I need to know where it is. What can i do?

Johni85,

Outside of email you can contact the manufacturer directly by phone, contact. Unlike a lot of other vendors out there, there are real office staff that answer the phone. I understand that this wouldn't be a local call for you, but you should have this addressed quickly.
