Huge P-wave then... Loss of arousal.

So I've been using my Aneros for a while now but have yet to achieve the Super-O. I'm having some trouble on the way regarding loss of arousal. I get to a point where I can feel my prostate get really warm and radiating out through my body and I have a massive release of pre-cum. But right after that I sort of lose arousal and can't really make it build up any more.

Anyone ever had the same type of issue?

Hi guys since you recognize what a leave is I have a question or two and hopefully this is the right place. Do these waves come in the relaxed state or while contracting?

This is very common Anonamous. I have this cut off point too. Not always though. I think it happens because I am expecting it. Fantastic build up and then loss of impetus. Someone suggested that I give it a five/ten minute wait. Get up and do something useful like put dishes away. Then go back ti it again. It does work though sometimes briefly.
My build-up usually happens with a wonderful erection which reaches its hardest an begins to throb and dry pump. It is just beautiful but then comes the let down. I'm working on it and will report some time if it gets better. Best wishes to you!

Same here. Definitely need an erection to feel the aneros working. I guess maybe I just need to calm down when that build up comes. But it's hard because you just want it too much. I will try to take a break next time and start over. Hopefully it won't be needed 😉

And to answer your question harddrive, for me it happens during contractions. But in this state I really don't have much control over them. I start with contraction exercises, but when I get this aroused my body kind of takes over and does the work for me.

Glad I'm not alone! One thing though, each build up for me is instant and lasts the entire time I'm hard, nothing is automatic, I don't get involuntaries much or contractions as such. I did get them last night however when I had my legs flat on the bed, no increase in pleasure though despite them? :-s *confused*

Arousal gets burnt up in one go — one would think that's exclusive to ejaculation, but it's also evident in the sensations. As your brain develops more in resonating with sensations (i.e. Where a particular pleasure is stemming from and why), burnout occurs less. With a fine-tuned body, it'd be like various parts of the body chanting for an encore - and presumably, when involuntarily, can lead to the Super-O.

There's also the old walnut of a low mood clouding up the experience. Even if the body is naturally drawn to an Aneros session, if you aren't feeling legitimately calm or relaxed in the head, it can prevent the mind from resonating with the p-waves sufficiently.

Its funny you should mention burnout @darkengine, its something i just had in my last session (and most sessions). Though it was lovely it seemed to all stop all of a sudden, i didn't loose focus or hornyness, it just stops. I find that odd. I can get things going again using nipple stim + mental re focus but its never quite as good as those first 10-15 mins are.

Usually it then stops unless i have a hard on or can get super horney again. I am glad once again i am not alone in experiencing this.

Note: my last session had the most precum I've ever had and the session got really good within seconds of aneros insertion. I didnt however do any contractions, perhaps i need to be more active in my sessions once i past those 10-15 mins of involuntary pleasure are over.

You're feeling the initial effects of rewiring yourself. Your brain knows where to find that spark, that's good. The brain and body just haven't quite developed enough yet to keep it going. Sooner or later, it'll start to feel like second nature - basically, p-waves arrive by their own accord.

It's tricky, but do things slowly and lightly — for instance, try lightly messaging other areas like your ass or thighs. Give it a go for…10 minutes, see how that works. For the first five minutes, you won't feel anything particularly good. Logically, just your hand rubbing your skin right?

But focus your mind on your muscles, instead. How does the muscle in your ass feel when you slowly rub it or tap it? What does it feel like when both fingers rub at different rhythms? Or speeds? By the way, when a frenzy starts to build, be sure to keep your pace and speed the same as starting out, as those two factors are what build your arousal to begin with.
