Hello,

I just ordered the Helix, I should get it in the next few day.

I never try anything like it before. Can someone explain me how this works?

Are we suppose to have a inside out motion? Leave it there? Play with it?

Sorry if that sound naive but I'm new at it and I couldn't find anything on the website on that topic.
