Ok I've been using aneros for a long long time, but figured I'd kind of start over after taking some time off.
How often do you suggest for aneros use? For how long? and how often should one allow for a traditional ejaculation?
Ballpark answer for beginners is 2-3 times a week for 30-60 minutes, but don't end a good session just because the clock says so. For more advanced user, I feel even 60 minutes is on the low side and leaves little room for things to happen, unless you get into Super-Os in the first 15 minutes... Maybe 60-120 minutes, but if after 2 hours you don't get anything, well that's a dud, better pack your stuff. Maybe throw in a super long session once in a while, but several multi-hours sessions a week is pushing it, in my opinion.

It depends on session length and how you wish to train and what the goals are. I trained to have frequent short sessions usually to last no more than 30 mins,I liked to shoot in and out. I say 30-45 mins can be done once a day,or even twice if around 30 mins. Again,I found that often the second session better than the first.
Also depends on arousal capacities. Without showers,enemas,scented candles and ritual shit,I could just lie down,start and be aroused pretty much instantly. My goal was always to streamline the super o,I never could understand where some found the time for 3-4 hrs for sessions. I’m just too busy for that lol.
I had the place to myself for the weekend, I had three sessions on Friday, Three on Saturday- AM, after my swim workout in the afternoon (one of the best), then before bed, Sunday AM and after my swim (best of the weekend) - really savored that time. For some reason the post swim session were better
