The above website shows graphics of two types of brain activity...focused and non-focused, and it illustrates, IMHO, how much freer the mind can be when we assume the relaxed meditative state during our use of Aneros or during Aneros-less sessions! Cool stuff! My question for the community is, which state do you believe is more conducive to successful Aneros use? I'm inclined to believe it's the non-focused state!

@Theme_Gasm, I think you are correct Sir. I have read many accounts of guys having successful sessions by distancing themselves from their own bodies, almost like floating above themselves and being a distant observer of whats happening to their body. I have never been able to achieve this myself.

Thanks bud! I'm probably trying to think in black and white instead of shades of gray! Letting our sub-conscious have control fits in this equation somewhere, which I believe can only happen when we release our focus and allow our minds to wander!

Orgasm On!

I agree with you completely! There is entirely too much emphasis on focus, to the detriment of many. There is no grey area. Most guys do not want to let go, and enjoy the Aneros experience. They want to get to the destination, without enjoying the ride. A clear relaxed mind is the key! Mediation is of the utmost importance.

Agreed...The ride is the destination because that's where the MMO's reside! That state of MMO's is other-worldly!

Unlike many guys here, I haven't experienced a Super-O yet, although on June 3, 2014 I observe my second anniversary of using Aneros for the first time.

I started using Tempo shortly after Thanksgiving in 2013. Tempo taught me Aneros autof**k rhythm which is so palpable and sublime. Aneros autof**k rhythm fuels my Aless 24/7. Just thinking about my favorite Aneros models and how they work me over is enough to throw me into Aless!

Most days I have my Aneros sessions first thing in the morning. I wake up those mornings in Aless which serves as foreplay as I bathe and shave, wash my models, dress, and get a doughnut or two from my neighborhood 7-Eleven before having my session.

For me, Aless slips into Aneros session and vice versa most days. I am rarely disappointed.

Hence, Aneros leads me to Aless = Aneros sweetness and then back again. It is a most potent type of meditation for me. 😉

I employ both approaches during most sessions aimed at an intense dry-orgasmic experience.
About 7-months into my journey I decided that I needed to improve my mental receptiveness and, at the suggestion of a friend, undertook some readings on Eastern religions. Those led me to attend a short course on focused meditation that was offered free by our HMO. The vehicle was a sole focus on relaxed breathing.

My current routine employs 20-30 minutes of ZaZen Meditation with a Eupho inserted. My personally chosen point of focus is the airflow through my windpipe. That halts the mind from wandering !

When my focus is most acute and stable on the airflow, I shift the point of focus to the movement of the Eupho (caused by my belly breathing). At the sensations from my prostate or ano-rectal zone emerge, I release my focus and allow my breathing to fall into sync with the growing pleasures.

I tend to be very dependent on the initial airflow focus to prevent my brain from drifting into random thoughts like, "would next week be a good time to change the oil in my car." Or, "do I have a spare greeting card for my son's Anniversary next week ?"

Thanks @rook! Shades of gray, or shifting of the concentration or focus from one to the other does seem to fit your description of what can work with Aneros! I'm glad you provided this insight for the benefit of everyone, but especially for those still seeking their path, and to encourage them to not get too fixed on only one method, and to be receptive to potential pathway alternatives.

@AneRico --- I like hearing about your success, and everyone else's as well, because I believe it supports all the Aneros community toward gaining a better understanding of what is possible and how far the journey can travel! I hope for success for everyone, and that they each gain a level of accomplishment and self-exploration that truly benefits them and enhances their quality of life!

@AneRico I think your comment is precious.

Regarding what people don't want to hear... I think it is a question of terms and personnal belief systems. I was a little reluctant myself at first, but then I experience some of it and realized the claimed specialist are actually pretty good at dealing with this stuff... So I go with whatever works regardless of my personnal (very plastic and plural) beliefs. Reading Gary Joseph confirmed this all can be explained in many ways to adapt to personnal belief systems of many without changing the core... It is mostly a matter of translation...

Just warning people your way of explaining might not fit their usual language seems enough to me. Please keep posting the valuable warning and advices.

I must add I had very early on the constant barely repressible PWaves and high Kundalini energy myself... and quickly became pretty freaked out having had neither previous experience nor notion this was possible. It took me getting of the train for some time plus some more time to get used to sensations of lower effects and intensity plus some reading, experimenting and theory to make at least some sense out of it... before I am now cool with what might happen... when it'll happen again...

I did not find your post at all arrogant. I too can have Super Os without using an Aneros, any time I want. Sometimes I go for 3 weeks without having an Aneros session. All one needs is relaxation! Proper thought and/or proper non- thought. Hence the need for meditation!

& Pspotsquirter --- I'll bet as soon as you lay down your brain nearly instantly starts to decend into a highly relaxed state! Lately, that's my experience! My brain and body seem to have learned quite well what to do as soon as I lay flat on my back...it's like an air filled bounce house that just had the air plug pulled...down, down, down...and ahhhh...nice and relaxed! What a great place to be!

Total relaxation is synonymous with the Aneros session. When it is session time, I automatically become super relaxed.
