When laying on your side, how important is it really that the bottom leg be straight out and the top leg bent? i find that position not very comfortable. instead, i put a pillow between my knees and bend both legs, like the fetal position. i have yet to hit the super o. i am going through all the details one by one. is there something majorly important, physically speaking, about keeping the bottom leg straight?
I believe it is just a matter of relaxation.
Many people seem relaxed with one leg straight and the other bent,
but I bend both legs with a cushion between the knees just like you,
and have had good results. In my case, Aneros somehow wants to rotate
unless my position is symmetric.
So if you feel more relaxed with your both legs bent, why not.
I have learned that pinching your nipples works awesome. I just started doing this. It sends warm feeling right down to your toes.
Hey Aaaron,
Experiment with positions. My first Super-O occurred while I was lying on my back, feet flat on the bed. The side position did not work for me and it still is not one of my favorites. Relax, be patient, and have fun trying. Peace,
Charlie

Me too. In fact, I prefer laying on my back in a darkened room. I feel more connected that way. When you're laying on your front, it seems that all the action is happening behind you, as it were! I usually like to have my back propped up with pillows too, so I'm half sitting up. I find that way concentrates the energy flows back to the middle of my body.
It really is horses for courses and you have to find out which way works best for your particular physiology.
