I'm new to anal play and I made my first experiences with my fingers trying to find my prostate but somehow I couldn't find it.
There was nothing distinct in there which felt good where I could say this must be the prostate. This is a bit strange.
Then I bought a cheap solid vibrator and lubed it up and inserted it and when I was about 5 inches in I felt as if I was hitting a wall.
I don't know what this was but it felt like I couldn't insert it any further and I also felt a strong unpleasant pressure in the rectum.
This scared me and I decided not to push any further. It also didn't feel arousing at all. It was really disappointing. I thought that using a vibrator anally should feel totally awesome but it didn't. Why not? Does this mean that some people simply get no pleasure from anal stimulation?
And I also wonder was it the prostate which I pressed against? Do you feel a strong pressure when you hit it?
If yes then how shall you know if this pressure isn't a sign to back off?
Here is a fun video from Colby Keller that explains the Prostate GPS (where it is). Enjoy!
The prostate gland won't be like the penis (or nipples) wherein touching it provides sensations right off the bat — at least, not when one is touching it themselves. Most users experience it buzzing amongst other parts of the body during high arousal with the Aneros.
Perhaps you're not at the stage yet of 'awakening' that gland — which will eventually come over time with occasional experimentation and Aneros usage. For me, after doing so the prostate/PC muscles feels like it engorges during arousal. Basically, the prostate sensations feels like it stems in the pelvis region: behind the penis, but in front of the anus as well.
I wouldn't say that nipples provide sensation right off the bat either. At least not for everyone. Mine were dead to the world until I started playing with them regularly. After some time it gave me an erection, and later feelings of arousal. Now I can actually feel pleasurable sensations in the nipples themselves.
As for whether some people simply don't get pleasure from anal stimulation: I think it's the other way around. Some people simply start out with anal sensitivity, while others (such as myself) must develop sensitivity.
Also, there's definitely a difference between anal and prostate sensitivity. Sometimes I'll feel something around the anal opening, but other times it's much higher up.
i feel a sort of coolness in there then i find i feel it in my penis somehow, which gets erect instantly when making contact
