My Aneros just got here today, and I don't know how to get started with it.. What should I do/what did you do?

Hi Jake!

My recommendations are to spend one full week reading:

..B's Keys to the Back Door
..Aneros online instructions
..The Forum
..Any post by Mayfield

Then begin the trip.

Hello Jake,
Congratulations as you embark upon your journey. The best advice I can give is to take your time, find some private, comfortable space, and open your mind and body to new sensations. Realize that you will feel things you never felt before and during that process your body will adjust to the Aneros. Don't expect too much too soon, don't be discouraged if you do not experience what other men describe, and be willing to ride out the new sensations.
One other tip: You will just have to learn the proper contraction process. It is very hard to describe and it can be difficult to gently manipulate the Aneros until you build up your muscles.
Good Luck,
Charlie

I am absolutely convinced that the contraction process is different for everyone. There is no formula so don't get hung up on the details. The hardest part is learning to interperet the new signals your body is sending.

My advice is:

Relax. Then when you are relaxed enough, relax some more. If you feel something good, go with it, but don't crush it with contractions. Leave it alone and let it feel good. It just takes time.

Good luck,
Cag
