This product was originally developed by High Island Health as a device called the Pro State massager in order to treat BPH and prostatitis. It is still sold for that purpose today . After a short period of time they began getting feedback from their customers about an interesting side effect....you guessed it, powerful orgasms. From that a different marketing division of the company was born.....Aneros.

The first generation Aneros had names reminiscent of marine animals: the Dolphin, the Whale.. and the Fin-3. These first generation models featured stainless steel wire that was used for the abutment arms and tabs and the handle.

Actually it's not the least bit nasty. Just to clarify, the tab and end of the handle are looped, so there's nothing there to poke you. Because it is a wire.....it's adjustable! On pics of the Fin-3, they haven't been available for over 6 years now. I own one though. I'll check with HIH and make sure that it's okay to post first. Stay tuned.
