I read something which sounded pretty silly to me. Someone asked about anal masturbation and what to do if you discover any blood on whatever you're sticking in there and the person which replied said that blood is always dangerous because aggressive bacteria could get into the blood if there's any injury.

If this was true then what if someone has hemorrhoids? They can also bleed.

Blood could be a sign that you've punctured the wall of the rectum. If that's so you could cause peritonitis.

According to Wikipedia,

prostate massage should never be performed on patients with acute prostatitis, because the infection can spread elsewhere in the body if massage is performed.[4]
(...)
In addition, prostate massage can be risky when not properly performed. Vigorous prostate massage has been documented with consequences that are life-threatening: periprostatic hemorrhage,[5] cellulitis, Fournier's gangrene,[6] septicaemia, possible disturbance and metastasis of prostate cancer to other parts of the body, and hemorrhoidal flare-up.[7]
