The High Island folks have what appears to be an MGX with a prostate-facing head or knob. I may have missed the discussion on this but has anyone tried it? It appears that it would really focus attention in the right space without getting wider.

High Island Health are the designers and manufacturers of the Aneros, so the products are identical; they just have different names:
HIH PS New = Aneros MGX
HIH PS 2 = Aneros SGX
HIH PS X = Aneros Helix
You'll see the prices are identical too.

Actually, it looks like that one HIH PS New has a slightly different tip than the MGX, never noticed that before myself.
On a side note, has anyone tried the Peristal? I've never noticed that before either, but it looks quite interesting. http://www.highisland.com/detail.php?categoryid=6&productid=20

The PS New on the High Island site is the MGX Classic. Not only is the tip slightly different, but the P-tab extends further toward the scrotum.
I've got both the Classic & the MGX, and though they look the same, they feel different.
It's still available from the Aneros site as part of the Volcano Pack.
