It seems to me the two easiest methods of avoiding any embarrassment would be to either pack your Aneros' into the luggage that gets 'checked-in' instead of any 'carry-on' luggage or simply mail the items to yourself at your new destination. Both of these avoid any personal confrontations.

You'll also need to check your lubes or buy fresh at your destination unless they're in containers of 3oz or less.

If you have embarrassing items in your luggage you can ask to complete any baggage search in private (well US airports allow that option anyway). Explain your Aneros as being a medical device for prostate massage rather than as a toy if that helps reduce the embarrassment.

Put your erotic kit with your "checked baggage" and forget about it. You should have no problem placing it with your "carry on" items either though. I've traveled to London and several other European cities over the last several years and have stowed my Aneros with my "carry on" items and have never been challenged about it. Just to be clear, this is NOT the kind of stuff that airport screeners are looking for and frankly with the volume of traffic that they have to deal with they are not going to pull you off line to do a full-on inspection just for grins. It just doesn't happen, they are simply too busy to fool around. In the worst case scenario, assuming someone did question it, you'd simply tell them that these are appliances that you use to treat your CPPS (Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome). On the lube, I'd trash what you have and buy some at your final destination.

p.s. Just for the record, screeners see vibrators and dildos in luggage all of the time (I know someone in the industry). Again these people are preoccupied with hunting for weapons and dangerous materials not outting airplane passengers for laughs.
