Just curious if anyone experienced flu like symptoms when they started massages or achieved super o's. I've been reading some things and I felt like I was getting the flu after my first round of super o's. Had all the flu symptoms. I slept for an extended period of time. From what I found could be Herxheimer Reaction. Toxins stored in the prostate were released into the body faster than the body could remove them. Just curious if anyone else had or has heard of it.

I had laryngitis which I have had explained to me was the throat chakra opening.

Not sure about a Jarisch-Herxheimer Reaction that is rather extreme and I hope there aren't that many toxins in the prostate.
