Hey all next week I will hae an overflow of free time starting on a regular basis. (Im quitting my full time job and going back to school) So I will have plenty of time sessions, I have never had any free time like this at all since starting with Aneros.

Im looking forward to being able to have more sessions then ever before, normally i have one or 2 every few months depending on how much time I have, but now with all the free time I am about to have im looking forward to more regular sessions and want to know if a routine or taking time off/ having extra sessions is beneficial? Ive made slight progress since getting the Aneros a year ago, but no real explosive results, I had 1 wet O and i always get a good bit of precum with I love, but am hoping ( note: hoping, not expecting) for more with more use and more time to relax than ever.

My question is, is there a good routine to have for amount of days/sessions you have. Multiple sessions a day? Multiple days in a row? Or are days off good?

@mypleasuerz87 your body will lead you to what it wants and needs. You do not want to overdo it or do it just because you have time. Increasing sessions from once every few months should be done gradually like once or twice per week and take it from there. It's good that you are keeping your expectations in check. Good luck and keep us posted.

Having extra time isn't as important as being able to focus 100% on the sensations that the device produces. If you have been short of time, you may have been focused on that limitation. Now you will have time you can spend a little extra time clearing your mind (as with any meditation) and then directing it toward the sensations. Listen to your body and work with very slight contractions of your pelvic muscles. Play with what pleasure you feel, however subtle. Concentrate and follow the pleasure but try not to chase it. Don't forget to breath, deeply.

@mypleasuerz87 All great advice from fellow members. I would also encourage you to expand your sessions to include a fantasy or two. Sometimes, unexpected results will come from just letting yourself go during a session. Instead of becoming a mechanical exercise, it becomes a sensual, erotic encounter that can be very stimulating. And in my opinion, that sets the stage for ecstatic pleasures. And as @GGringo has said, let your body guide you into what it wants and needs. You will succeed! Good luck!

Your absolutely right that time has ALWAYS been a limiting factor for me, but not any more, I'm excited to be able to truly relax (excited to relax.. contradiction haha) and let myself go woth no worries of time.

What about limiting use? Will my body let me know if another session shouldn't take place or is there a good rule of thumb for limiting the number of sessions in a day/week?

@mypleasuerz87 , take it one day and one session at a time. There is no set patern. Listen to your body and just enjoy!
