I am a new user of Aneros and have read the forum extensively on the different techniques. I have been using MGX model for about a month and half and did experience some pleasure, but that was it. I have tried many method described in the forum but still no "O"s let along any super ones.
Can some one please help me out? Much appreciated.

PS. When Aneros is inserted, do I hold my contraction or contract and relex?.
