Im 5'7" and 120 lbs. My girlfriend can locate my prostate with her finger and it feels amazing...my prostate is about a finger length in. Im afraid some of the bigger toys would go to far in and not be hitting it directly like the progasm. I like a lot of pressure. Out of the Helix, MGX, and SGX which one would hit it more directly?

I suggest either the Helix or the SGX initially then add the other to your toybox later on. At 6ft.x173lb. I can feel the Helix most. But when I'm excited and the SGX gets sucked inward it's a pretty nice goose for the lower part of my prostate.

@chull - You're only slightly taller than me. The bigger toys like the Maximus, Progasm, and Vice will provide the most pressure on your prostate. I own the Progasm and it most certainly does put the most pressure on my prostate compared to my Helix and MGX. But honestly, they generally all work well and do what they are intended to do. If this is your first Aneros prostate massager, either the Helix or MGX will do. Particularly if you are not familiar with anal play involving larger toys.
