I would like some advice. Since I am going into a new Day 8 of SR, I am getting REALLY horny. I found that an edging session (Day 7) helped. But how will I be able to extend the SR duration without ejaculating and keep my sanity? I am generally limiting my Aneros sessions to perhaps once every week.
@goldenboy for me, my edging sessions have helped me a lot with my SR. I increased the number of edging sessions per week and ejaculation seems to have become almost non-essential to me. I used to look forward to a good masturbate session and climax. First, with research, then practice, I learned to separate orgasm from ejaculation. Works for me. Good luck.
@goldenboy I've been thinking about this. Is it ejaculation or orgasm that we crave when we are horny? For me, now that I'm thinking about it, it's always been the rise, the climax and the orgasm itself I crave in my horniness. Maybe that's why I don't feel horny as much anymore. I've been able to orgasm without ejac. via edging.
The fact that ejaculation seems to drain my energy for an extended period of time does not help. I can't think of anything else.

@rumel Thanks for jogging my memory! I especially like your suggestion and the links to the "21 Day Challenge". I realize that this challenge plays out in the mind as well as the body. I liken it to "dancing around the mountain" without reaching the summit! Just because one is aroused with a raging erection does not mean that there has to be any action taken. And even if there is (via edging) the summit still can be out of bounds! I am currently on Day 8 of my SR. I guess I am taking the challenge seriously this time!

Great that you are learning to not let out your semen. But as you see, if all that energy stays in your genital area it can be frustrating and eventually it will burst out.
