As regards family members if they are adults, just be honest with them. Tell them that the Aneros is a medical device for promoting the health of the prostate. Yes, prostate massage is a delicate subject for many people, even men. But if approached in an honest, medical fashion, you shouldn't have much trouble.

Yea, I'm in the same boat. The only person that knows about my use is my wife. I would like to share this information with certain friends and family but am concerned about their perception and views on this. I certainly don't want to be the subject of family gossip by those who might not understand or even ridicule this practice.

OK I just went out on a limb and shared my experience with a close friend who seems somewhat interested. I'm going to send him a link to the Aneros website and forum.
