I have a question: I just found out that it takes practice to master the use of the Aneros, which is great,
but I'm a bit confused on what to do once the Aneros is actually inserted in my rectum, how do I get it to touch my prostate? I'm not sure whah people mean when they say "use your PC muscles".

I think you need to do a bit of reading before you launch yourself into the Aneros Journey. In regard to your specific question I advise you to read the Pelvic Floor muscles paragraphs in the 'Understanding Your Body' chapter of the Aneros WIKI. I sent you an introductory message with some additional hints and tips to get you started here. Click on your 'Messages' button in the Forums to retrieve it.
Good Vibes to You !
