Hi,

I would be looking to lose the weight fast.
It's not good for your heart and blood system.

And I wonder if you were to have a superO, would that mean you get a heart attack / stroke?

I'm very obese but I can insert just fine. Your post suggests that you are much much more obese than me, and that's very worrying.

If you are struggling to get your arm around to your backside (so that you can insert) then that would mean that your obesity would be a higher priority than anything related to Aneros. I would seriously urge you to consider shedding the weight.

Would one be looking to increase or decrease those levels?

Estrogens are the enemy. Several cancers accelerate their growth when exposed to Estrogens. Estradiol is the most common result of Testosterone being converted by Aromatase. That's why Women with breast cancer are usually prescribed a regular dose of an Armotase inhibitor.

All of that said, we males do need a bit of Estrogen to support a variety of cell functions and grow hair.

A good reference on the virtues of Testosterone is "The Testosterone Syndrome" by Dr. Shippen.

Hi, I am mildly obese, and sometimes wonder if I "feel" less due to fatty cells adding a layer of cushion. So the reply from @lonewolf8 intrigues me, as I'm interested to learn what works for others who are not of the "six-pack washboard" variety.

If you have hemorrhoids, I suggest the Aneros Peridise set first. I had a mild case, and the Peridise worked wonders. It's not a "true" aneros in that it doesn't stimulate the prostate, but it's a great anal workout and IMO also helps to exercise the PC muscles. More-recently, I got the Tempo, which is similar and has a nice weight to it, but I think I'd start with Peridise first, Tempo is perhaps more of an acquired taste. But if you literally can't reach to insert one, perhaps have a talk with a bariatric surgeon for all the other health benefits.

@00BlueM
Well, we have very limited information from OP.
Their post suggested they are very obese and physically have problems inserting an Aneros model due to lack of mobility and flexibility of their arms / torso.
I was comparing myself (a 220 Lb, 5 foot 7, obese guy) and my mobility with inserting an Aneros (which is trouble-free), and trying to imagine someone else struggling to insert due to obesity and also imaginging what "aligator arms" are. That kind of obesity would surely also involve many other health problems in everyday life, without even thinking of such activities like inserting an Aneros up the back...

As for washboard (I had to google that), I'm not sure that layers of fat will deposit around all the organs. I suspect that some organs can and do get layers of fat on them but I am not sure if the prostate would. Interesting question. I think most of the fat store is below the skin, but I could be wrong.
