Help for beginners.

When, years ago, I got my first Aneros device, I hadn’t a clue how to use it. I went to the Aneros Wikki and there I had my first instruction. This site was and still is very helpful and full of good advice.
used Ky as a lubricant and it was ok. How should I sit or lie with it in? Well Wikki suggested lying on my left side and raising my right leg up to about 45 degrees. It worked on andgiving a resulting in a pleasuer off but not consistantly. My bum used to get sore and from time to time, bleed a little. This worried me. Mr. Mathew, Rumel, the Bishop and many more senior chaps were very encouraging and helpful.
Some one sugessted I try a different lube. I tried a few and eventually decided on Maximus, which I bought from Lovehoney, a UK firm. It was much better and I’ve used it ever since.
When I have inserted the Aneros, I lie in that one leg raised. Not vertical but horizontal.
then I breath easily and slowly. This causes the Aneros to be drawn in and set off some mild volunry contractions. There bring pleasure waves that cause my penis to slowly erect.
This process increases the erection, step by step , each step increasing the pleasure and the erection. When the erection is st it’s fullness and contractions continue like ejaculation spasms givin me great exquisite pleasure. This can go on for several minutes. By now I’m gasping and tightening my abdonen muscles which also increases the strength of the contractions. There is no fluid coming out. It’s dry.
Then it will begin to subside and I’ll be flaccid again. Short rest and a gentle contraction will start the whole experience over again.
Lately, my lower back is being very painful.and after ,30 minutes, starts to ache and I’m unable to continue. I think the secret of success is 1 don’t worry or fret, 2, don’t be disappointed 3, have patience 4 read the Wikki and ask senior members for advice.
