It sounds to me like either model would suit your purposes. However, don't underestimate the smaller size of the Helix SYN Trident, what it may lack in girth is made up in mobility. But here's a third alternative, why not consider the new Helix Syn V. It is a tiny bit larger than the Helix SYN Trident but has the added feature of multiple vibration patterns in addition to an already proven mobile design. It can easily be used without the vibrations but turned on to provide that little extra stimulation in addition to the movement caused by his pelvic thrusting. That may have sounded confusing but I (female) am trying to choose the right Aneros for my male partner. Thanks for the thoughts! It’s interesting bc he is almost anti-vibration. In some ways, it’s not even the physical issue, it’s almost a sensory disruption. We used a prostrate toy that actually hit the right spot and he was enjoying it when I was manipulating it, but I turned on the vibration and it sort of killed his vibe. As to the first issue, I think there are some health, physical, and psychological things going on. If there is a handle with the Aneros model, yes its very easy to move it in and out by hand, especially if you're the one doing it. Not so easy for me to do this because its quite a reach around since the handle rests between the cheeks and is close to my body. However, be warned the the more pronounced the head of the body of the toy is, like if it is more flared or has more of an upward (towards the prostate) angle, too vigorous or forceful movement driven by hand can irritate and possibly hurt the prostate.
