Well, I seem to have fallen out of love with this....
Sure I use it from to time but I feel that I am just not going anywhere with it.
So I have the bucking motion (nothing too severe) and that's it, I certainly don't have an earth shattering super O.
I have tried virtually every position going and even had a 3 hour stint and still didn't get anywhere.
Just how do these people achieve a super O in a short amount of time?
After 2 months of time you are just getting started in your journey (for the majority of people anyway). I did not feel much in the first couple months. It took around 9-10 months for me to experience a strong dry-O (or super-O, who knows); then another 4-6 months before they became more regular. I still have disappointing sessions after more than 2 years. It was and still is a journey and a learning experience. Once you start to have dry-O's things will start to be more exciting. You just have to stay the course, not get discouraged; you'll eventually get there.
Just how do these people achieve a super O in a short amount of time?
First, there is NO ONE FORMULA for getting to a Super-O. Please see Super-O Myths & Illusions and read 'Neros' thread The Myth of Super Orgasm. The formula is what each individual has to work out for himself. Second, as I mentioned in my introductory PM to you when you joined.
D.) The time frame for this process of "rewiring" can vary widely from individual to individual, some users have gotten to a Super-O almost immediately, others have taken more than a year or even two to reach that goal. Nearly a quarter of the men using the Aneros took longer than a year to get there. In any case your journey is going to be unique for you, what you will be learning about yourself will be valuable and enjoyable, the process is very much worth the effort.
In an older poll from the previous version of the Aneros website, members responded to the question -
"How long did it take you to cross-over to the Super O?"
6-12 months 12%
3-6 months 12%
1-3 months 11%
1-30 days 41%
While it's true that just over half of those respondents crossed over in three months or less, it is also true nearly half of them took longer than three months to cross over. As busdrvr noted you've barely begun this journey of discovery and patience IS REQUIRED. There are many factors which may be creating obstacles for you. I would suggest you read the thread Identifying Obstacles to Progress and see if there aren't some triggers there which are affecting you. After you've identified some obstacles you may find help in the companion thread -> Identifying Facilitators to Progress
Good Vibes to You !
@wickerman999 Here is a technique I used this morning that you may find of interest. I used it to achieve the "arousal amplification" that will produce great results with my Aneros.
*Find a relaxing, comfortable place where you can lie down. I like to listen to some quiet, erotic, relaxing tracks with headphones. The one I selected this morning was "Erotic Lounge & Luxury Chill Out Collection Vol. 1 | Mixed By Johnny M".
*While listening, start to perform in-sync light contractions (kegels). I like to do this usually to some bass in the music.
*As you do this for a while, try to imagine and actually "push" the erotic energy slightly upwards and back towards your spine. You'll feel it.
*Eventually, you should stop the contractions, but still feel something going on in your prostate.
*Every once in a while, if you feel it necessary, do some more light contractions to regain the feeling. It will feel like a gentle "whisper" in your prostate. You are now in the right mindset for more prostate pleasure.
*At some point, you will feel "ready" for more amplification from your Aneros massager. You will feel like your anus is opening up and ready. You're ready for a session!
*While in a session, continue with the previous technique of light contractions, energy movement and prostate "whispers". This may lead to involuntary contractions, p-waves and prostate orgasms (perhaps even a Super-O)!
*PS At no point during this technique should you be concerned about penile arousal or an erection. It is not necessary!
Good luck to you!
Hi Goldenboy/Rumel,
Thank you for your replies.
I will stay the course.....
I did have a go last night but not sure if what happened is due to the helix syn or not.
Basically, I was lying on my front and started with just lying there and every now and again I just done the kegels which following by a kind of involuntary bucking motion.
The bucking motion increased with speed and frequency and it was almost like was humping the bloody floor.
I felt really warm feeling from my prostate and the urge to hold a kegel pull.
This continued until I was like twirking on the floor like beyonce but then I had a rush of pleasure and my heart was going ten to the dozen and then I actually came (ejaculated).
Is this some way into it or is this actually classed as humping the floor LOL?
